(IST) via video conferencing, where shareholders will vote on a proposed final dividend of Rs 3.25 per equity share of face value Rs 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026; the record date for the dividend is set as Thursday, August 20, 2026, for both BSE Limited (Scrip Code: 543952) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NIITMTS).
